Membership Fee
Our monthly membership fee is just $10.00 + 0.75 Our Processing Fee, is nonrefundable. We distribute membership fees to upline as commission earned. So there is no money left to pay you back. Also we assume you have logged in, used and downloaded our products and services, therefore we can not refund your money.

You are not under contract. you may cancel your membership anytime. Once canceled, you will lose your spot and we can not reactivate. Canceling your account is irreversible. You will lose your matrix downline as well.

First cancel your subscription from your payment processor and email us your cancellation request with your userid and full name.

The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.

There is only $10.00 Monthly Membership charge to become a member.

We Accept payment only through Alertpay.

Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of 10K Online with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

Membership Cancellation
Membership at 10K Online is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. 10K Online will only cancel/terminate a membership if it’s deemed that the member is operating in conflict with 10K Online terms and conditions.

Cancellation/Termination of membership
Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with 10kMatrix.com. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by 10K Online will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to 10K Online.

Relationship
A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of 10K Online.

Disputes
Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.

Private Information
10K Online will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

Copyright Material
All branding, logos and graphics contained within 10K Online are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. 10K Online provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

Damaging Intent
Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to 10K Online and or its members will be terminated from 10K Online. Depending on seriousness, 10K Online may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

UCE/UBE or SPAM
10K Online strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of 10K Online and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.

Contact Information
It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area.. 10K Online will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

Tax
You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from 10K Online or any program promoted via the 10K Online program.

10K Online does not tolerate Spam from it's members. Any member who uses Spam to promote the 10K Online site will be removed immediately and will forfeit any commission due.

All 10K Online members agree to receive emails from 10K Online from time to time, as well as from their upline or downline, as long as the message is related to 10K Online. See point 7 below. To opt out of receiving messages you must cancel your membership and thereby forfeit your network position and membership privileges.

Illegal activity
Members may not present 10K Online promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by 10K Online, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

Testimonies and opinions of members displayed throughout the site are not endorsed by 10K Online and 10K Online cannot be held responsible for any opinion, advice or statement listed on this site.

Bulletin Boards, mailing service and any other 10K Online communication tools
You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, abusive, hateful, racially, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. You will be responsible for, and indemnify 10K Online and it's owners, affiliates, agents, and representatives against, any claim arising from material that you post or transmit. 10K Online does not control the information or content disseminated on the communications tools available but we do reserve the right to edit or delete any material that violates this term of service agreement. It is strictly forbidden to use this our internal mail system to promote other opportunities. Anyone using this system to promote another opportunity will be removed without recourse. We consider this internal Spam. It will be considered acceptable to provide direction to FREE traffic/safelist services as long as it is done with the intention of encouraging your downline to promote their 10K Online URL. Please report abuse using the contact form in the members area.

All communication conducted via our communication tools is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. 10K Online reserves the right to publish any of the information that is transmitted via our communication tools.

The use of this service and site(s) is at your own risk. 10K Online will not be held liable for any loss from your lack of access to any of our sites or loss of information contained on our servers.

Any 3rd party links are not monitored 10K Online. When you visit them you do so at your own risk.

Any personal information you disclose via our communication tools can be viewed by others. Do not disclose anything you do not want others to see.

10K Online reserves the right to remove any member at any time without notification or for any reason. Any member violating any term of service or policy will be removed without recourse.

All members are responsible for the confidentiality of their member log in name and password. 10K Online and it's employees cannot be held liable for any breeches in security.

10K Online solely makes no guarantee on sign ups, sales, or leads. By joining 10K Online and or purchasing something from 10K Online you agree not to take any legal action for any reason against 10K Online or any of its subsidiaries. This means that 10K Online or it's officers or employee's or agents are not legally responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of making purchase from 10K Online. These terms of service are binding on all parties whether known or not since all parties agree to the 10K Online terms of service upon joining any of 10K Online sites.

All Members agree to indemnify and hold 10K Online, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Members use of this service, and or the violation of these terms of service by a Member, or the infringement by a Member, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

If any Member objects to any of these terms of service or any modification thereto or becomes dissatisfied with the Service in any way the Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service and or terminate their membership.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring, join or participate in any class action as to any claim, dispute or controversy you may have against us or our agents, services, directors, offices and employees. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant in the suit. You agree to pay the attorney's fees and court costs we incur in seeking such relief. This agreement is not a waiver of any of your rights and remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitrations as provided above.

10K Online allows multiple memberships for the purpose of purchasing additional advertising.

Refund Policy Membership
All fees are final. There are no refunds. However, you can cancel at any time.

Chargeback Policy
Anyone who executes a chargeback will be prosecuted by the full extent of the law and will pay attorney fees and a fine of $100.00.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time from any of our sites.

All Commissions are paid through either AlertPay. You must have an account with these payment processors to be paid.

Commissions will be paid monthly.

Minimum Commission Requirement
You will need to earn a commission of at least $10.00 in any given month in order to earn commissions for that month. If you do not earn $10.00 in one month the funds will accumulate until you do and then you will receive a payment to the account on record. Please make sure that your account information is correct via the "Profile Manager" link on your control panel. This condition is applied separately for each 10K Online account you may hold. We do not total all of your accounts. Each one stands on it's one and must accumulate $10.00 before it will be paid to you. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

10K Online makes absolutely no guarantee on how much you can earn with our forced matrix commission plan. Any descriptions of that plan on our site is for explanation and examples only. We cannot be held liable of information you may receive from any independent source regarding our compensation plan. The only reliable source of information is 10K Online
